Wastewater Treatment and Reuse of Wanhua Chemical

McWong successfully designed and constructed this project of Wanhua Chemical, the old factory relocation isocyanate wastewater and water reuse device integration. The project was contracted through EPC by McWong and the total inward investment was 160 million. The designed scale of wastewater is 14,400m³ / d, and the designed water production capacity of reuse water is 14,208m³ / d.

The wastewater treatment of this project mainly uses pretreatment, hydrolytic acidification, A / O and MBR processes. The water from the reuse water treatment system comes from the purified sewage and the external drainage of the MBR. The treated effluent is reused for production, which greatly improves the repeated utilization of water resources for customers. The advanced and applicable process technology and services of McWong have won the trust of Wanhua Group, and then won the second-stage comprehensive wastewater treatment and reuse project of Yantai Wanhua, with a treatment scale of 7,200m³ / d.
