Sludge Dewatering Project in Zhejiang Province

Municipal wastewater treatment plant locates in Zhejiang. This plant treats wastewater from domestic sewage, and from industrial sources such asdyeing and printing factories.(dyeing and printing wastewater accounts for 85% of the total wastewater stream). The treated wastewater is then discharged to the HangZhou bay. It is one of the major wastewater treatment plants in this area. 

McWong was tasked to assist the ShaoXing Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facility in handling its massive sludge dewatering issues. McWong supplied its services in two phases, which is consistent with the overall plant design. 

Phase one: This part of the facility has a wastewater treatment capacity of 300,000 tons/day. McWong supplied six NP-3000 belt presses for sludge dewatering. They have been in operation since 2002 until today.
Phase two: This part of the facility has a wastewater treatment capacity of 700,000 tons/day. McWong supplied ten NPD-3000 belt presses and automatic chemical dosing systems. They have been in operation since Aug 2004. 

Due to the excellent performance of the NP series belt presses in treating dyeing and printing industries wastewater, and prompt after sales services, the client is highly satisfied with McWong''s performance and has signed Phase Three contract with McWong. In this Phase of the project, McWong will supply eleven belt presses to meet the needs of the client, which will bring the total to 27 belt presses in simultaneous operation at this facility provided by McWong.
